 Resin Cast Plastics

Vaupell Rapid Solutions has a quick and economical way to produce  low quality(10-100) simulated injection molded parts as sales and marketing samples, pre-production quality in a fraction of the time and at Lower cost! Various materials and durometer, cast in color as well as post finishing capabilities.   Traditional patterns and methods and Vacuum Cast. Typically in 1-2 weeks. 

CNC Machined Prototype Parts

Vaupell Rapid Solutions  CNC and Laser Sintered metal components.  3-5 axis CNC machining for both plastics and metal.  Vaupell specializes in exotic metals.  We have a complement of secondary processes including Wire EDM.  At times it is the fastest solution to produce a functional prototype.

Vaupell Rapid Solutions offers investment, sand and die-cast prototypes.  Cosmetic and Functional applications - Ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Using multiple methods including QuickCast, the fastest and most economical method in marketplace.  Typically within 2-4 weeks turn around.

Pre-Production Molds and Molding

Vaupell Rapid Solutions offers quick turn, MUD frame, aluminum and pre-hard steel injection molds resulting in production quality plastic parts in a fraction of the time and at lower cost.  Unlike many competitors we do our tooling and molding in-house.  Typically in 2-6 weeks turn around.

Foam, Sponge and Rubber Prototype Parts

Lakeview Industries offers prototypes with minimal expense using Innovative Knife Cutting Technology and a WaterJet.  Ability to cut a wide variety of gasket materials including foam, rubber, graphite, PTFE, plastics, cork, CNAF, and many more.  Additionally rapid tooling techniques allow us to produce molded rubber components in a few weeks.
