temperature materials like PEEK,
aerospace,

molding, ISO Class 7
(10K) and ISO Class 8 (100K) clean
room molding,
insert
molding and assembly along with numerous
secondary processes. Vaupell also is one of the few domestic sources for
bioabsorbable
molded parts.
We serve a wide range of industries
including aerospace, consumer goods, electronics, and medical components which
has given Vaupell the expertise to produce a multitude of pats and assemblies.
Vaupell has both domestic facilities and operations in
China.
Vaupell produces our own prototype and production tooling with 3 domestic facilities and with an Asian operation... State-of-art equipment and the latest CAD/CAM processing allow us to produce intricate molds in weeks, not months... Domestic and China operations.
We also can produce intricate gages and fixturing.
Russell Plastics, a division of Vaupell, is a leading build-to-print fabricator of composite products and assemblies for the Aerospace, Military, Industrial, and Commercial markets. RP offers design, compression, lay-up tooling and post assembly of composite applications.
